Please note that free ticket holders are never guaranteed entry to the Club.

Entry times on your ticket must be adhered to. (For example ‘B4 9pm’ ticket means you must be in the venue having collected your wristband before 9pm. Entry to the venue and the Club are not guaranteed after this time.)

A paid Club ticket provides access to the Club, Terrace & Tropical Bar.

Some events have paid tickets available for access to the Terrace & Tropical Bar only.

Other events require no tickets to enter the Terrace.

Night Tales retains the right to refuse entry for any customer.

All customers must provide a physical ID to enter the venue. (NB: current or up to 6 months expired will be accepted). ID Scanners are in operation for your security.
