  • All customers must provide physical ID prior to entry to prove they are at least 18 years old. (NB: current or up to 6 months expired will be accepted).

    All emails regarding lost items will be dealt with every Tuesday. If we have confirmed possession of your item, collections can be made during these times: Fridays 6pm-11pm, Saturdays 6pm-11pm.

  • If you would like to request a refund, or have any ticket queries, please contact your ticket provider. DICE ticket holders should contact help@dice.fm and RA ticket holders should contact https://support.ra.co/article/68-i-want-a-refund.

  • Yes we do! Every Friday and Saturday.

  • Check our updated opening hours here. We occasionally close for private events and will contact you ASAP on the rare occasion we need to close the venue. The best way to keep in the loop is via our social media pages.

  • This totally depends on the night! We host lots of popular events and entry to our 6000sq ft terrace is free most of the time. If it’s not, we would announce more information on our socials, so it’s always best to check there!

  • This totally depends on the night! We play everything, including house, disco, tech etc - check out ‘What's On’ for more information.

  • We have an in house restaurant called ‘Sons of Slice’ which serves mouth-watering pizzas until 11pm. These aren’t available to preorder unfortunately but you can preorder drinks! You can do this at the time of booking, or through the link sent to you after your booking is confirmed.

  • We encourage all our guests to dress in whatever way they like! We don’t recommend flip flops or sandals, but it’s entirely up to you.

  • There is nearby pay by phone parking available if you need to drive to us.

  • Yes, we have security to keep both our customers and staff safe. We operate a ‘pat down’ and bag search upon entry. Please be aware we do not permit any liquids into the venue, and we retain the right to refuse entry to any customer, at any time, in accordance with UK Licensing Laws.
