Halloween at Night Tales
We’re gearing up to our biggest weekend yet combining the great and the new in a two-part series of feet-stomping, spine tingling parties featuring Skream, Pillow Talk, GOLD SCHOOL, Ashley Wild and JOOC for our first Halloween weekend.
We’re hyped to be hosting our first Halloween weekend. The space boasts East London’s largest covered terrace, a futuristic LED light installation, crackling fire pits and fire torches, candle lights, heaters pumping out heat inside the venue and out on the terrace. We’re bringing in some seriously freaky production and amazing decor to transform the venue into a labyrinth of extra terrestrial experience.

Fat Baby - Covered Dining
Fat Baby at Night Tales Bohemia Place is a brand new 42 cover casual Japanese Izakaya open for reservations and walk ins from 6 - 10:30pm Thursday to Saturday.
Fat Baby takes influence from the array of small hole in the wall style eateries found on the backstreets of Tokyo and wider Japan. Dishes on the menu will encompass the five main cooking techniques found in Japanese cuisine; raw, steam, simmer, grill and fry.
The kitchen team are focused on sourcing high quality seasonal ingredients from across a small network of suppliers across the British aisles. The aim being to prepare these ingredients in a way which enhances their inherent flavour. The new menu has been created by head chef Greg Round who brings a wealth of knowledge from 2 michelin star rated Umu in Mayfair London, where he trained.

After a roaring summer we’re preparing for the colder months by battening down the hatches and creating a new winter environment. The space boasts East London’s largest covered terrace, a futuristic LED light installation, crackling fire pits and fire torches, candle lights and heaters pumping out heat inside the venue and out on the terrace.
Having softly launched in July with a limited street food style menu, Fat Baby is now open for a sit-down, casual dining experience. The 42-cover restaurant will focus on the five main cooking techniques found in Japanese cuisine; raw, steam, simmer, grill and fry.
Night Tales Bohemia Place is OPEN
Occupying two 1,600 sq. ft. railway arches and a 4,000 sq. ft. garden in Hackney Central.
Setting the scene – you can expect an Asahi beer garden, covered seating areas, swinging day beds for private hire, 10 person private booths, a 300 capacity night club, live music, a 10m indoor cocktail bar, a beer and prosecco shack, an in house Japanese Izakaya style restaurant, ‘Fat Baby’ and pizza restaurant called Sons of Slice.

Night Tales is a music destination. Over the years some of the country’s most exciting DJs have played - With everyone from Rudimental, Gorgon City, Matt Tolfrey, Seb Chew, Kidnap Kid, Robert James, Luca C, Geddes, Alexis Raphael, Jonny Rock, Maxxi Soundsystem, Clive Henry, Ben Pearce, TCTS, Luke Solomon, Ray Mang, Pete Herbert, Severino (Horse Meat Disco), Matt Tolfrey, Geddes and Friendly Fires Jack Savidge (DJ set).
The music at Night Tales is carefully considered to compliment the space. We have a hand picked program of DJs providing extended sets, transitioning from day to night across the garden and club.
